Individual Therapy

Change is inevitable, which can be a positive and helpful thought at difficult times (and perhaps less comforting, at easier ones!)  As an Adlerian therapist, I integrate multiple evidence-based therapies and techniques to support adults (with and without ASD) to explore and address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, poor self-concept and social isolation - all of which undermine an individual's sense of belonging, making navigating change a challenging task. 

It is my privilege to help people improve their ability to cope with change and transition through a dynamic balance of collaborative planning, affirmative action, self-compassion and mindful awareness. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal what is broken in their own lives, and to live more kindly, joyfully and peacefully in relationship with others.
